Dock welcome

  • 12 Aperol spritzes, topped fresh with prosecco + soda
  • 12 margaritas from the pre-made mix, over ice
  • Bruschetta: toasted baguette, bruschetta mix, feta, balsamic glaze

  • Grazie catering
  • 2 large Costco Caesar salads
  • 4 garlic bread baguettes, warmed

Before bed

  • Assemble the French toast casserole (2 pans, fridge overnight)

Saturday

Breakfast + mimosas

  • Mimosas: 3 bottles prosecco + orange juice
  • Egg scramble (48 eggs) + French toast casserole, baked fresh by Mardi
  • Bagel bar: 24 bagels, cream cheese, butter, cheese slices (Sam brings her own GF bread)
  • 2 fruit trays
  • Coffee bar: coffee, cream, skim milk, cashew milk, sugar + stevia

Lunch

  • Longo's catering + 2 large Costco pasta salads

BBQ dinner (15 eating)

  • Risa's homemade burgers (~16 patties) + 16 hot dogs + 4 Beyond Meat
  • 16 burger buns + 16 dog buns (Sam brings her own)
  • Ketchup, mustard, relish
  • 2 Stonemill potato salads
  • Green salad: Queen of Greens, feta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado

Dessert + snacks

  • Cookies + brownies, 6 party-size snack bags out all weekend

Sunday

Breakfast + pack up

  • Leftovers: bagels, eggs, casserole, fruit, coffee, juice

Margaritas (12)

750ml tequila + 375ml triple sec + 375ml fresh lime juice (~15 limes). Optional 90ml simple syrup. Serve over ice with a lime wedge.

Aperol spritz (12)

Per glass: ice, 90ml Aperol, top with prosecco, splash of soda. Never pre-mix with prosecco — it goes flat.

Mimosas (Saturday)

Half prosecco, half OJ. 3 bottles makes about 16 to 18.

French toast casserole — doubled

14 eggs • 5 cups milk • 3 tsp vanilla • 2 unsliced challahs, cut in 1-inch cubes • 1 cup unsalted butter • 1.5 cups brown sugar • 6 tbsp maple syrup

Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla. Fold in bread cubes, coat well. Split into 2 buttered 9x13 pans, cover, refrigerate overnight. Saturday: melt butter with brown sugar + maple syrup, pour over, bake.

Assembled Friday night • baked by Mardi Saturday morning.
