Trained in architecture and shaped by years of agency work across brand, retail and digital, Jaime leads every Merit project with a refined, luxury-minded eye. Her gift is finding the draw-in factor: the feeling a founder knows is there but can't quite name. She draws it out, gives it structure, and builds it into a brand people are drawn to before they can say why.
